I check my gut and body sensations to give me my answer.
While at one time, what I did was my 100%, that changes. Nothing is stagnant and the timing may have been wrong for what I did.
We're not stagnant creatures - we evolve to a higher plane (or should), interests change (which is normal) and when one area of our life takes off, it's time to re-evaluate what we're doing. The work might be stressing us out or not giving us the social engagement that it once did. We might need a different venue to connect with people. At one time, a sedentary activity with other people might have done the trick. Now, you need something more intellectually stimulating, an activity like volleyball, baseball, badminton or a rousing game of cards to get you physically or intellectually going.
Whatever it is, do what is best for you.
There will be more changes to my web site and what I am doing coming. So, don't be dismayed if you see things disappearing from my web site. Just know, that I am doing what I want to do on a 100% level. None of us have time for everything and while hiring a staff sounds great, that takes up more time and energy to make sure they are doing their job. When they don't, then you are the person who has to pick up the pieces and do the clean up. This requires more work coming from one person. It's all trial and error. If it works - great! If it doesn't, then it's time to regroup.
The changes I have ahead are positive to my well-being.
What changes can you make that are better for your well-being? I look forward to hearing from you!
